I ordered my usual size from dluxca.com, and it was, actually, it ended up fitting tighter than I thought it would, especially around the waist and arms. The material felt okay though, and it did look like the pictures online.

I’d probably size up if I ordered again. It wasn’t a bad purchase or anything, I just wish the fit guide had been a little clearer before I checked out.

I’ve been using it every day and it’s still holding up really well. Feels solid and reliable, which is awesome!!

When I first opened it, my immediate reaction was that it looked really close to what I had pictured. The colors and text matched what I asked for, and the customization was mostly spot on. The package showed up safe, neat, and in good condition, so I really can’t complain. There was maybe a little more tape than I would’ve liked, but that’s a minor thing. I was just relieved everything arrived okay, and that made me feel happy in the end

I’m giving it 4 stars because I personally would’ve liked quicker updates after ordering. I like knowing where my stuff is without having to wonder. Still, I’m happy with what I got, and if I spot something else I want, I’d probably buy from them again.

The replies were painfully slow, and I had to follow up three times before getting anything back that even came close to helpful. Even then, the answer wasn’t clear, and it really seemed like nobody was properly reading what I was asking. What should’ve been a simple support request turned into this whole frustrating saga. I wouldn’t use them again unless their customer service seriously improves.

The item did arrive okay in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It was just the waiting and unclear tracking during that middle stretch that made it a bit stressful

From the way everything was packaged and the overall feel of the bag, I’m confident it’s authentic. The seller’s tone also came across trustworthy, so I assumed it was the real deal, and everything I received matched that impression.
